Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:


1. Return Policy (Hygiene Standard) Due to the perishable nature of our products (Pickles/Athanu), we do not accept returns of delivered goods. For hygiene and safety reasons, once a jar or pouch leaves our facility and is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Wrong Items In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong product, we offer a full replacement or refund to your original payment source.

  • How to Claim: You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Please share a photo or video of the damaged product via WhatsApp at +91 8160303945 or email at care.gharnuathanu@gmail.com
  • Resolution: Refunds for damaged goods will be processed within 5-7 working days.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Customers cannot cancel orders directly on the website. To request a cancellation, you must contact Customer Care with the order number immediately.
  • Before Processing: If the order has not yet been processed/shipped, it can be canceled.
  • Refund Mode: Payments made for canceled orders will be refunded as credits for future purchases or to the original source, subject to management approval.

4. Gharnu Athanu-Initiated Cancellations Gharnu Athanu reserves the right to cancel any order that:

  • Is suspected of being fraudulent.
  • Violates the terms and conditions of the website.
  • Blacklisting: Customers involved in fraudulent activities or misuse of the website will be blacklisted. Their access will be denied, and any future orders will be canceled.

5. Liability for Delays or Non-Delivery Gharnu Athanu is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of products caused by Vendors, Natural disasters, wars, riots, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+acbf0d725a8140c68e4c239a386a2841@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
