We use the traditional "slow-cure" method: premium yellow limes are hand-cut and cured in natural salt for 4-6 weeks to achieve the perfect tenderness. They are then blended with Desi Jaggery (Gol), sugar, and aromatic spices like coriander and fennel seeds.
